Issues seeing data in Garmin Connect after Syncing 310XT

I just upgraded my garmin connect from ANT Agent to express, and I can sink the data, but when it is completed the text appears that can view the activities at Garmin Connect (which is hyperlinked) When I click that it opens another page that reads "Cannot open web page at this time" This has re-occurred and I have never been able to see my activities. Has anyone had this happen and/or know of a solution? I am not sure if it is my own computer's issue or something with Garmin Connect. Thanks
