unable to send personal profile to Fenix 2

Hi,
I've just bought a Fenix 2. I connected the device to Mac downloaded and upgraded all the software. I canon send Heart rate zones nor personal profile to the device. I always get an error "unable to send personal profile to". Bear in mind that I can send workout to the device and that the connection works correctly.
I've tries to install all Garmin software in a PC with the same results.
Is this a known bug?

Plus one more here, I got the same message when I tried to send via desktop.

Not only that, there is an inherit issue with the HR profile of the Fenix 2. Currently only 1 HR profile can be sent to the watch which meant that I can't have my bike HR profile and run HR profile. Does someone know how we report this as a bug?

I've been facing this since I bought the watch, I have to manually edit zones on watch when I need to modify them.
