Garmin 610 not sending activities data on my web profile

I made few new activities and none of them appear on my garmin web profile. How I can fix it? Reinstallation of ANT software doesn't help, and I can't upload any of my new activities!! Please, help!
  • You aren't providing many details so it is difficult to determine where the problem lies. If you plug in the ANT stick, does your computer recognize it? Is your 610 paired to the ANT Agent? Does the 610 seem to upload your activities when you bring the watch near the ANT stick? Does the ANT Agent report any errors?

    Given the tiny bit of information you've provided, I'd try this...


    • Uninstall the ANT Agent.
    • Locate the Garmin folder used by the ANT Agent, and rename it. This post can help you find the folder. You want to rename the GARMIN folder to something else, perhaps GARMIN.BAK.
    • If you don't have Garmin Express installed, skip along to step 6.
    • Uninstall Garmin Express.
    • Locate the Garmin folder used by Garmin Express, and rename it. On Windows 8 the folder you want to rename is something like C:\ProgramData\Garmin. Again, rename that folder to GARMIN.BAK as well.
    • Install the ANT Agent.
    • Pair your device, this may require you to go into the menus on your device to enable pairing.



    Once you've done this, you should have a working ANT Agent installation. If you want to use it, you can install the Communicator Plugin as well.
