I have a Zumo 220 sn 1UP020048. It is updated to the latest software version 3.00 via Garmin Express. The maps are also updated to the latest version.
My problem is that I cannot upload any activities. The communicator plugin is correctly installed. When I click on "Upload", my device is detected, and also the list of activities is shown - screenshot attached . However when I select "Upload Activities" the process never occurs and seems to take forever.
I already tried the following:
- Master reset the GPS by powering up and holding the touchscreen bottom right corner
- Used Internet Explorer 9 and also Google Chrome- screenshots attached
- Cleared the browser history and temporary files as described in the Troubleshooting list of FAQs.
- Tried on two different PC's, one running Windows XP and the second running Windows 7 64 bit
- Reset trip data from GPS
- Clear Trip Log from GPS
What would you recommend?
