Which one is it? Is it blank, or not aligned, or not readable? What browser are you using? I'm not seeing any problems with the Personal Records displayed on the Dashboard of the classic Garmin Connect. I'm seeing some text overlap in the Goals area, but nothing is wrong with the Personal Records. I'm using Chrome and IE on Windows 8.1.
Not exactly sure what you mesan but I find that if my browser is not zoomed to 100% then the personal records can be displayed overlapping or with some of the buttons etc obscured - perhaps a screenshot would help. Also what browser are you using - I use firefox for Garmin connect as I have had issues in the past with IE
