I think you need to be more specific about what you want to know. If you look at the Personal Records section of the dashboard, you should see a small information icon. Everything you need to know is displayed there. Here is a screenshot.
The information provided doesn't tell us what the thresholds are or how they are calculated. You can mark any activity as a PB by clicking the little medal icon in the grey bar in the activity's details view.
