Not getting the time for the splits when comparing activities

Within the last couple weeks, when I initiate a 'Compare' activities, Garmin Connect isn't showing the breakdown of the splits on the most recent ones; it is simply giving a summary of the individual runs. However, if I exit the 'Compare' feature and look at the runs individually I am getting the splits. As you can appreciate this is somewhat inconveniencing when one would like to compare four sets of 12 mile runs. Has anyhow experienced this problem and is there a fix? Please note that it is only occurring when trying to compare recent activities and not those of that are more that are older than a couple weeks. If I try to compare a recent activity with that of a couple of weeks old, I would get the breakdown of the splits for the old one, but not for the recent one. I have a Garmin forerunner 310xt and using Garmin Connect on a PC (i.e. Windows environment).
