I don't know what to do my forerunner 10 has frozen it wont let me do anything I know the battery is low as I got towards the end of my run it said battery low and dismiss I hit dismiss and the garmin carried on recording my run however when I stopped I saved the run it showed me the mile times I never thought about it apart form I will upload all the information when I get in but since then the watch has frozen on 1.38 its not even taking a charge please help
It happened to me today, but it froze when I went to set up the GPS before my run. So, tonight, I went to Garmin website and reset the watch. Directions follow: Hold down the light button (top left side) until watch shuts off (a blank screen appears), then, hold down the top right button and the bottom right button at the same time, when the watch powers up, it will beep, release the top right button, it will beep again, release the bottom right button. At that point, you'll be able to access your watch functions. I don't know if powering it down if you'll lose your run. I did not have a run in my history, but all my old record runs (e.g., fastest mile, 5k, 10k, half...) were still in the watch history, so there's a good chance that your last run will be retained.
