Run Not Uploading Forerunner 110

I just tried to upload my last 9 runs ... all but today's will load. The others, they're locked in. But today's run is endlessly uploading, going on 5 minutes now. Any ideas how to work around, or what to do? Also, regarding the firmware update prompt on the home page ... it says there is an update but when I go to the page there is no Forerunner 100 listed? thanks for any help
Not sure how/where to look that up. Not the most tech savvy here. I have a Garmin Communicator plugin and Garmin USB drivers downloaded years ago. Never had a problem before .... until yesterday. No idea what changed or why ..
