it doesn't show splits in compare mode

I am trying to compare activities and I can see only the one of the two activities splits therefore you cannot see the comparison?
Any help on this one?

    Well I notice that Garmin Connect is back up after having been down for at least 3 days. I would expect some progress to have been made but it seems the things which were broken before (splits when using 'compare activities' and elevation data) are still broken.

    Makes me wonder what they were doing during that 3 days downtime and indeed what they have been doing since 4th Feb (nearly 2 months!) when these issues first arose. Not massively impressed with Garmin so far. Only got my watch for Christmas and got a few weeks of things working properly before Garmin Connect went tits up!

    Wow. Just wow. The known issue post about not seeing splits in compare mode was posted OVER A MONTH AGO!! I have logged 2 call tickets and heard absolutely zip from Garmin. Nothing, not even an acknowledgement or a token indication that they're actually working on this. This is the main reason I have this device - to compare my performance on different runs. The inability to do this, on top of all of the issues with the FR210 model makes it just an ugly, clunky watch. That doesn't even hold a charge very long. I get that there are glitches with technology, but the appalling customer service on top is just rubbing salt into the wound. I am very doubtful I will bother with a Garmin next time. Very, very disappointed. Sorry this post isn't very helpful to anyone. Thanks for letting me rant to other people who will at least understand my frustration. Sigh.
