Editing and Reports

For the last 4 weeks I have been unable to use the Full edit or access my reports pages. Does anyone else have this problem and/or a solution? Received an email from Garmin Support but it was of no use.
I can't say I'm having any problems doing either of these things. What exactly is the problem? What browser are you using? I did notice that one person had mentioned a problem accessing reports on Firefox, but I don't know if Garmin is aware of the problem or not.
I am using Google Chrome which has worked fine for the last 12 months, it is only the last 4 weeks that I have had any problems. This issues are that I am unable to fully edit any of my activities or access my reports to see my averages, when I try this I am redirected to a page error 500 which states that the site is down for maintenance. I have informed Garmin and they told me that the site is in fact down for maintenance and they have no completion date.
