Error while uploading TCX file

I have a custom workout created in tcx file and trying to upload it to garmin connect but it throws me an error
"An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.". Is there any scheduled maintenance is going on?

I validated the file with the tool and it looks good without any errors.

Garmin doesn't appear to accept manual uploads of workout databases.

Hello RAJ,

Your workouts will load into Garmin Training Center but they will not display on the workout calendar because they are all dated for the year 2004.

I changed the dates on 4 files to 2014 and they still will not load into Garmin Connect.
It appears that Travis is correct...you cannot manually upload workouts to GC.

Can I use Training Center to upload those workouts to my garmin device?

Hello RAJ,

I have an Edge705, FR310XT and FR305.
Garmin Training Center works with my 3 just fine.
You will have to load the software and see what happens but I suspect it will work just fine.
