Hello - this is familiar. I got new 310xt on Saturday and have been completely unable to link it to Garmin Connect. I have downloaded garmin express and when i go through the check boxes I eventually end up with error message saying there is problem with servers - please try later. This has been going on all this week. I have talked to tech support who have been able to log into my account and link a 310XT so they have been unable to help. I have now tried a different PC, downloaded all fresh software, opened new account and guess what - I am still unable to make any progress. Please can anyone help? Thanks
I can log into Garmin Connect but the only thing I can't do is analyze my reports. For over a week I've had the same error message "Sorry, our site is temporarily down..." Frustrating...
