The first time I logged into connect following the recent changes, all my historical data was gone. It is as though I am a brand new user. How do I get it back? Has anyone else encountered this?

    I've had the same problem, 3 years of data has vanished. Also when I now upload data from my 405cx it appears to transfer the data and confirms that it has been sent to Garmin Connect but none of my recent runs are stored on the dashboard. I'm at a loss.
  • It appears as though you've logged into a new account. Your old data is still present, but you've used a new username and/or e-mail address since the recent change to Garmin Connect. If you log out and log back in with the credentials that you had been using, you'll see all of your data.

    Same has happened to me. After the changes, my old login credentials no longer worked. So I had it reset my password, and when I logged in with the new password it forced a new account on me. Seems to have happened to a few people. Haven't found a fix yet, and Garmin's support page won't work, so I can't even send them an email. Lucky for me I have all my data on a different site as well, would sure like it back here though :(

    Exactly the same thing has happened to me. I’m really frustrated. 

  • If you cannot access your old account for some reason, you best contact Garmin support
