Fenix 2 info missing on GC

Hi,

Fenix 2, fw 2.4

When running I can see my cadence, vertical oscillation and ground contact time on the watch.

When I upload to GC these are nowhere to be found. All other data makes it to GC just fine.

For some reason, on the screenshots DCRainmaker posted in his review of the Fenix 2 these items are shown on GC.

Any ideas?

    Same problem here with my Fenix 2. Hope Garmin sends an update soon. They usually do.

    Were they fixing it?
    That's pretty much exactly what I was having.

    I set up a ticket with the garmin support phone #. They wrote me back, but it was a few weeks later and by that time I had assumed that the Fenix2 was just too buggy and had returned it.

    Hello same problem here.No Cadence data shown in my detailed activity page. Average data are correctly shown.
    I've a fenix 2. The activity type is Runnig.
    I made a comparison between two tax files, one from my fenix 2 the other from a 620 (where graphics are correctly shown).
    The file from fenix 2 includes <MaxRunCadence> and <AvgRunCadence> tags, It does not include the <RunCadence> tag (which is available in the 620 file).
    I think this might be at the origin of the missing chart on my F2 detailed activity page.
    My firmware is up to date.

    How was your problem solved ? How did you perform the reset ? Did running dinamics start to show up after that ?
    I am having the same issue and can't find a solution

    Hi,

    Still no graphic data showing!
    I have reset - Hold light 25 secs - then light 1 sec.
    Have latest Fenix2 ver 3.2 build.

    Was very disappointed when Fenix2 had issues during my A race for the year. Watch dropped out during activity twice, incorrect distance by over 5%, No HR, No Cad.
    Wish I had stuck with my 310xt :(

    Try using "trail run" when you record instead of "run" as your activity, Graphic data magically appears

    Same problem here exactly. No cadence graph, average cadence and max cadence divided by 2, stride length incredibly long...

    I do use the RUN activity, I did change the activity in RUN on GC... still nothing running dynamics showing up!!!

    Thats really bothering.

    I'm on the latest firmware!!!

    findings from short run this weekend.

    1. Using the 'Trail Run' activity as a work around has worked. I can see all G.C graphs and data as they should be.
    2. 'Run' activity still not working.
    3. I have since created a new custom activity called 'Run 2' setup for road runs. Will test that this week. If that works I'll delete the default 'Run' activity.
    4. Still only a work around though.

    I have the same problem with my fénix 2, in the GC show me a bad average cadence, and blank graph. When I checked the intervals then I saw my cadente by lao, but the last line ( average ) is wrong but only in the cadence, the other ones parameters are ok. Help please !!!
