Fenix 2 info missing on GC

Hi,

Fenix 2, fw 2.4

When running I can see my cadence, vertical oscillation and ground contact time on the watch.

When I upload to GC these are nowhere to be found. All other data makes it to GC just fine.

For some reason, on the screenshots DCRainmaker posted in his review of the Fenix 2 these items are shown on GC.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Went to fw v 2.5 today on the Fenix 2.

Now my average and max cadence for running show up in GC "Details" section.

The graph of the cadence still is blank.

The 'Ground contact time' and 'Vertical oscillation' are still completely missing in GC, although both are present on the watch during the run.

Hi,

I have the same issue of no data graph for - Cad, VO, GCT on connect yet is is displayed when using Fenix 2.

FW 2.9

Hope it works out.

Between this and a few other things that just weren't working I sent mine back.

Cool watch, but I think they released it a little too early.

I have had no problems. I had cadence, vertical oscillation, and ground contact graphs in FW 2.6 and since upgrading to 2.9 it continues to work well.

Which profile are you using to record your activity? Can you post a link to the activity?

I used my watch today http://connect.garmin.com/activity/495299120 during the run all Dynamics were showing but nothing when uploaded.

yes I'm using Run profile.

Although after loading activity to GC I still have to indicate "Running"

I'm having the same problem with GC and a Fenix2, Run Dynamics shows up on the watch but not in GC. Also the cadence and stride length appear the be off, the cadence seems to be half of what it should be and the stride length seems to be twice the length it should be. Any ideas??

That's pretty much exactly what I was having.

I set up a ticket with the garmin support phone #. They wrote me back, but it was a few weeks later and by that time I had assumed that the Fenix2 was just too buggy and had returned it.
