I just an exercise routine and it said I burned about 774 calories....is that possible to burn that many calories for one routine? BTW, the routine was 25 minutes. I understand it goes by weight, and height, but just thought this was too many calories. Also seems to say I'm burning calories after my workout, is this just because my heartrate is decreasing still? Thanks for any help.
Sounds pretty high for a 25 minute routine unless you were redlining the whole thing.
It'd be helpful if you'd mention what device you're using since Garmin makes a lot of different ones.
How did you determine your maximum heart rate? Reason I ask is that you'll likely see excessively high calorie reading if your maxHR is set too low. If finding your maxHR didn't make you sweat the number is probably inaccurate.
