Cant upload the plugin!

Hi I can't upload the plugin so that I can connect my garmin to the site. Can't find how to contact garmin directly to ask so now I have to broadcast to the world I'm computer illiterate! Please help.
If you go to Garmin Connect, click Help in the upper-right corner. Once the new page loads, look to the right. You will see a link that says support page. Click that link. Once that page loads, you should see a Contact Support widget near the bottom right of your screen. It has a list of phone numbers you could call, and it has a link you can click to get e-mail support.
Or, you could just try to describe the problem you have by telling us what isn't working, and maybe we can help you.
