New to Garnin

Hello,

I've really new to Garmin and have jsut bought a Garmin Vivofit wrist and heart rate monitor, ive been using My Fitness Pal and Endomondo before - is it possible to link the data into any of these apps.. I also have an iphone 5?

Hope someone might have an idea.....?
