Can't download courses to 310XT

Hi, I have just got a Garmin 310XT. It connects via ANT+ to Garmin Express (which I downloaded), but when I log onto Garmin Connect online and try to download a course onto the device, it says no devices are connected. Any way to solve this? Thanks!
