Chart cadence empty

All my activities show an empty cadence chart but the summary data are correct.
My unit Edge 800 shows correctly the cadence and I'm able to see the cadence chart through Basecamp.
Do other people experience this problem?
Yes. Everybody is experiencing this problem. Most are able to work around it by changing the activity type to Cycling. If you use one of the activity sub-types (like Mountain Biking), the cadence graph will be empty.
