Im curious, how do I fix my watch to were it only shows the time Ive been running and just beeps at me when I get to mile markers? Instead of it jumping back and forth all the time?
  • It depends on your device. If you have Auto Lap, you could enable it and set the lap distance for 1mi. This way your watch will beep and simulate a lap button press every mile. Then just set your screen to show the total time or moving time and you're done.

I have the forerunner 10. It beeps at me every mile. Thats not the problem. Like when im running a 5k it just keeps saying my pace it does not tell me my time as a hole at all so I dont have a idea were im at during the race.

You can turn off Auto Lap ( yours looks to be set on at 1km).
You have two Data screens. on each you can display one of these:

    Pace & Distance
    Pace & Calories
    Distance & Calories
    Time & Distance
    Time & Pace
    Time & Calories

I suggested to my wife to use Time & Distance on one screen and Pace & Distance so she dosen't have to remember what field is what ( no glasses).
