I can see others are having problems with Garmin Connect recently. Just for the record it isn't just paused time. I often delete a lap in Garmin Training Centre before uploading to Garmin Connect - where I have stopped for some reason. Up until recently all fine but now the summary data for the time and the distance is wrong. I assume it is giving the summary time and distance from start to finish INCLUDING the deleted lap. It's driving me nuts. Are Garmin aware of this and when will it be fixed?
I waited on hold for over half an hour this morning to tell them about the issues going on and was just told "they're aware" and are working on it
I've started to pursue other avenues for places to put my data as the files created by my 405 aren't the problem, it's a garmin connect issue and it's making things unusable. I've been a garmin homer for years, but this is just silly to take something that works, ruin it... then take over a month to fix it
I fix it by going into the dashboard, click on the activity, click on edit, click on full edit, and manually adjust the time and distance. Not great but it works.
