Send workouts to device

Hello:

I have a big problem, through garmin express I can send data from the device to the computer, but I can not send workouts from my PC to the device. Please someone help me found the instructions are not enough. I have a device Forunner 310XT.

That functionality isn't available through Garmin Express at this time. Garmin has confirmed this here.

Thanks for the reply, the link you sent says it can sync with garmin agent, but tamopoco Works Do you know something about it?, Terrible thoughts about me advertise the product characteristics as you can send information from the PC to the device was this feature that I decided to buy it when it is not true

In that post a Garmin representative says that Garmin Express cannot be used to send data to the device from your PC, and that you should use the ANT Agent for the time being. The functionality you seek is available, you just have to use the software that supports it. This means completely removing Garmin Express and any of the drivers that it installed, and then installing the ANT Agent and Communicator Plugin. In my opinion, there is no false advertising.

I have no idea what tamopoco is, so I can't provide any input on that front.

Forunner 610 uploading/downloading problems

Since Garmin Express I have multiple problems with downloading/uploading. I have deleted Garmin Express again from my computer and are able to download my runs but am not able to upload the workouts I make either online or in TC to the device. I have to make it on the device it self which is not that easy. Please advise how to get back to an easy workable device/computer combination.

It appears that recent versions of Garmin Express have fixed the problems mentioned above. I'm able to transfer workout plans (and other data) from Garmin Connect to my 910XT via Garmin Express without any problems now. I'm going from memory here, but if you open up Garmin Express, click the little gear icon in the top-right corner of the window, then you should see the version of Garmin Express you have installed. I've had success with version 3.2.4.0. You should be able to click the update button to get the latest version installed.
