Can't enter new workouts in Garmin connect manually due to website bug

Some time recently the website for manual entry of workouts broke and I can no longer enter workouts. When you hit save it says "Your "Start" value is not within permissible limits." There is no field for "start" value when you're entering a treamill run though. I've filled in date/time/distance/total time/description, but still get the error. Frustrating.
