I find if I want to dump(analysis) the data form DC50 by Basecamp, the Basecamp show the warning message that say it can't dump data from DC50 and suggest people update the Basecamp version or DC50 firmware.
If I try to update the Dc50 firemware to 2.4 by Basecamp, I find other issues that if I re-plugin the the DC50, it will down to the old version 2.2/2.3 and I need to upgrade the firmware again to 2.4 after I plugin the DC50 then I can analysis the data from DC50, even I update the firmware to 2.4, before I plugout the DC50 I still can't analysis a part of the date recording from the DC50.
That is a ridiculous problem that customer need update the firmware when he plugin the device every time or he can't dump the data from the DC50 device.
If anyone need the pictures , I can post in this thread, but I want to say that many of my friends have the same problems, so I am not the single case.
