Garmin 705 Upload Issue

Hi, I'm looking for some help with an upload issue on my Garmin 705.

2 rides i did last week show on the Garmin device history (distance, route, ave speed, time etc all saved) but when i log in to both Garmin connect and Strava my PC cannot see them. It's like the file doesn't exist.

I've checked the laps file and there is nothing there and cannot seem any files dated from the days of the rides in any folders? i'm a bit confused why when turning on the device they are there but a PC cannot see them?!?!?

I fear i've lost these and the files are prob corrupted but before i do a full re-set to get the 705 working correctly again i thought i'd see if anybody had any ideas.

What's in the History folder on the 705? That's where it stores completed tracks.

On the device it shows the date of the ride and details as per attached image however when i connect it to my PC the file/files are not visible in any of the directories.

all files from 14/3 pm cannot be seen by my PC when connecting to upload
