Fenix 2 - Missing Datas in Garmin Connect

Hello,
My new Fenix 2 recorded the datas of the HR Belt.
I can see the datas of the HR in the interface but Running Dynamics data (cadence, vertical oscillation and ground contact time contact) is not displayed.
Is it a bug or is it something I do wrong ?

Are the graphs appearing, but with no data, or are the graphs not appearing at all?

Hi Travis,
The graph for cadence appears but is empty, the graphs for oscillation and ground contact time are not appearing at all.
Does it mean something ?

The cadence graph issue is most likely the issue that is affecting everyone. If you change your activity type to Running or Cycling the cadence graph data should appear. As for the running metrics, I'm assuming that they aren't reported because they were not recorded for some reason. I have read several posts from users affected by that, but I don't believe a solution has been found.

Wish it was as easy as changing the activity type. Tried that but with no success. Reported it to Garmin late in 2013. No response and no fix

I had a similar problem...

Issue: Cadence was visible and recording on the device. After upload the default was Cycling but when I switched to Indoor Cycling, the Cadence graph wan't visible http://note.io/1hbaSkb.

Solution: Changing back to Cycling and refreshing the browser page, the Cadence graph is now visible http://note.io/1jiXEsn.

Is this fixed for others? I still can only see cadence on Garmin Connect - vertical and ground contact are missing.

I'm a new fenix 2 owner and I have this issue - can't see running dynamics graphs (only cadence and it is empty) , even though the lap data shows up on "splits" tab.
Activity type change doesn't solve the problem, so is switching browsers. Anyone knows if the issue was solved ?

Hello! I believe it is a bug in RUN activity. My Fenix 2 is the same problem when I use the run activity. I tried changing the settings, changing the battery of the HR, but without success. But when I use the activity "trail run", the service data Running Dynamics (cadence, vertical oscillation soil contact and contact time) is displayed. Try it!

I have the same problem.
Fenix 2
Used to display vertical and ground contact time, now only displays timing elevation heart rate and cadence.
