Shared Profile is blank

I have had this problem for years and was hoping that the new upgrade would fix this.

If I use the email "share" function, the only people that can see my profile are other runners who have a Garmin Connect profile - and they have to be logged in to see it.

If I send the link to my family, they just get a blank page with the Garmin Header and Footer.

Try it yourself - you have to use another browser that doesn't have you logged into Garmin website or logout first. If you just click it while logged into the website, it works.... see screen shot below.

Why does Garmin make it so difficult to do something that should be so easy?

Can Garmin PLEASE fix this! I have been using Garmin products for years and am looking at other products now because I am so frustrated with not being able to easily share my runs and training with my family.
