My FIRST run with the 310xt and now it won't sync.

I just did my FIRST run with the 310xt and I see the run on my watch but when I sync it with the ANT it just says, "No Items to Sync".

I am using Garmin Connect.

I know the run is there. It shows the map and everything. :(

Also having problems

I am also using a 310XT and after my very first activity sync it will not download workouts (saying that no device is connected) and now it will connect the device but not upload all my new activities! Please let me know if there is a solution, I do not want to do a factory reset because I would really like the record of my first Triathalon!

I am in the same boat. My garmin 310xt will not download to my computer.

Same here. My husband called awhile back ago, and customer service helped him fix it, but it's doing the same thing again -_-
