Historic Activities on Garmin Connect now have missing data!

Checking some of my older activities (Mar/Apr 2013) on Garmin Connect and now there is data missing!!

The map is no longer there and charts have no data!

Thankfully I have the data in Strava as well.

I AM REALLY RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE WITH GARMIN CONNECT NOW.

Is this a known issue with the transition to Garmin Connect 2 - will I get my data back?

Interesting. This doesn't seem to be affecting my account at this time.

Out of curiosity, I tried to look at the activity using the web service api. The thin details are still all there...

If you look closely to the data, the numTrackpoints is -1, which is not what I'd expect. If you look at the full activity details...

you'll see that the isDetailsAvailableand detailsAvailableflags both indicate that the details are not available. In addition, the tcx file for the activity looks like it may have been trimmed down because it doesn't include anything more than a simple summary...

Thanks for the analysis - as i expected something has corrupted the activity. It used to be fine, and here is the same activity that I exported from Garmin Connect and uploaded to Strava back in April 2013:

Thankfully Strava is not in the game of losing data!!!
