Sync does not appear on Connect site anymore?

Have been using Garmin Connect to take data from my 310 for some time. Suddenly although the watch says it has sent data and reset to zero's the data is not on the site? Tried sync by event but it doesnt see the work outs in question. I can review and see the work outs on the watch...... Why does it do this when I worked so hard at these sessions.....
