Transfering workouts from Garmin Connect to Addaero

I've been having issues when I upload my Garmin device results. What is on my watch never matches the results on Garmin Connect. It always adds on time to my workout and it doesn't make sense because I cross check what is on my watch with what is in Garmin Connect and it matches but the summary is added up wrong. I have a Forerunner 405CX. Any ideas? Is there a setting I need to change?
