Updating device firmware

My Forerunner 610 successfully uploads data to GarminConnect through my ANT. The system will not backload the last two device updates because it considers the ANT Stick is not connected. Not sure what is going on.
Do you have both Garmin Express and ANT Agent installed? That might be the issue. It is simplest if you only use one of the two since they can conflict.
