Garmin Connect not sending workouts to 510

Garmin Connect has stopped sending workouts to my 510. It use to a few weeks ago but then stopped. I called Garmin and was told it was an issue with an update they ran and were working on fixing it. I now see a post on 28 Feb 2014 that the fault is fixed and working fine. However, it still doesn't work for me. It freezes on 'Preparing Workout'. Any ideas? Cheers
