Garmin GPSmap 62s How to Insert a Character when Renaming

Not exactly sure where to post this, please move if in the wrong spot.

Anyway, on my Garmin GPSMAP 62s I was wondering if there was a way to insert a character when changing the name of a track. As it currently is there is a keyboard option that you can enter characters, numbers and special characters, but can't figure out how to actually insert a character into the current name string.

Example, current track is named 2014-02-13 10:45:12 and I want to change it to A2014-02-13 10:45:12... right now it is forcing me to re-type the entire name string.

I'm afraid that despite many requests there is no forum here for queries like yours. We desperately need an 'On the trail' and 'On the road' forum for device issues like this but so far the pleas have fallen on deaf ears.
