Connect -sending training to Fenix?

Why is not possible to send training from calendar with training plan - like half marathon - directly to watch.
Or I do anything wrong? My idea was: look to calendar with set training plan, see whats on day plan and send it to watch and go out.
Now i must look to calendar and create same training manualy and then send to watch.

I'm having the same issue.

You can select the option to send training plan to the watch directly from the calendar. BUT since upgrading the firmware on the device earlier today I now can't. I now get told "no compatible device" even though my PC/MAC is telling me that it's connected to the watch. Go figure.

Any answers on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
