I wouldn't press too hard to get there. I bought a brand new Edge 810 this weekend and the connect.garmin.com site has been miserably slow and even unresponsive several times today. It's been frustrating enough to consider taking the device back for a refund 'cause I can't even plan the course to get to work in the morning (the entire purpose of buying this unit as I'm new to London and cycling as my primary means of transportation.
