It really looks like you didn't have a good GPS fix when you started your workout.
The data in the attached file indicates a big position discontinuity occurred between 2014-03-09T09:13:28.000Z (presumably at the intersection of Predmestská & Nemocničná) and 2014-03-09T09:14:51.000Z (the path north of the Vodné dielo Žilina). During this time, your watch was able to resolve a good GPS fix, and from that point on all of the position information looks correct.
