No charts in Garmin Connect

I can't see any charts in Garmin Connect. I am running Windows 7 with Firefox 27.01. It used to work, but not any more. Here is an example where I can't see the charts:

You might try signing out of Garmin Connect and signing back in. At least that is what worked for this guy.
