I just got a vivofit yesterday and setup went smoothly. I downloaded data and sleep from last night. Now I can't get it to connect. My 610 is still transferring data without a problem. Anyone else having a problem?
Do you have both the ANT Agent and Garmin Express installed? If so, you have to disable one to use the other. i.e., if you want to use your VivoFit, you have to right-click the ANT Agent icon in the system tray area and tell it to exit. Then you can fire up Garmin Express and sync your VivoFit. If you want to sync your 610, you need to close Garmin Express (from what I've heard disable the Garmin Core Update Service), then fire up the ANT Agent.
Thanks Travis. It worked great. Now the test will be downloading my run tomorrow with the 610! One more question. Do I have to go back and forth between the modern setup and the traditional to see data for both of these devices? I can only see the vivofit in the modern setup and the 610 in the traditional. Thats ok but it would be better to see it all in one place and I can't get the 610 to show on the modern screen--even though there is a drop down box to change devices.
I don't have access to the modern UI yet, but it is my understanding that you _should_ be able to see the 610 in the modern UI. If not, then you may have to switch between them until everything is updated, which I believe is targeted the end of April.
