Problems concerning the lates update of windows 8.1 (64 bit)

Hey,
I am running windows 8.1 (64 bit) and since the lates update (01.03.) it does not find the USB stick. Before this update it worked out perfectly... By deinstalling and reinstalling the driver I could not solve the problem.
