I don't see a forum for on road products (I have nuvi 2445 and nuvi 2545), If I miss it thanks to redirect me :-).
I'm french and I have two "Voiture sans permis" (cars don't needing a driving licence), the main feature of these vehiculs if to not be able to go faster than 50 km/h, and for what the GPS is involved, not having the right to use Highways of any sort.
And this is the problem: the GPS option "do not use highways" do not works correctly.
I have specially a local problem going from "portet sur garonne" to "auterive" makes me go by a recent (two or three years) "voie rapide" (fast road?). This kind of road have a max speed of 110 km/h and roundabouts but are still prohibited for me, and my GPS keeps asking me to use them! - this is only an example, there are others, I know I could veto these roads, but this is very umpracticable.
I can find a solution on the net through viamichelin site and the "bicycle" option, but my GPS do not offer it and the "waliking" option do not give anything usable.
So I search for a solution. Better if I can use one of my two Garmin's GPS, but else if I can have some link to other GPS model?
