Will it's March 5, what ever update was done now means ALL of my data is gone. Many months of use, since I got my FR60 are just completely gone. I'm really pissed. Let's hope some server in India has it!
  • Were you one of the users who was prompted to select a new username? If so, did you do it? Is your current Garmin Connect username the same as it was before? Is the e-mail address associated with that account the same as well? Have you tried to login using your full e-mail address instead of your user name?

    I have heard a few people indicate that they were prompted to select a username and when they did their data seemed to disappear. It sounds like something got messed up and assumed they wanted to create a new account. If this is the case, you should be able to login to both accounts. You might have to change the e-mail address associated with the one that you are currently logged into to get it to work. i.e., if you have two accounts `foo' and `bar', you can login to `bar' and both associated with [email][email protected][/email], you should be able to temporarily associate `bar' with a new e-mail address `[email protected]', login as [email][email protected][/email], and see your old data.

    If that works, then you just have to decide which account you want to keep. Export the activities from the account you don't want (one-by-one or via an external tool) and then upload them to the account that you do want. Then you can delete the account that you don't want and fix the e-mail addresses.

    Of course I could be totally wrong here and maybe the best thing to do is to contact someone at Garmin Support to help you.
