invalid username and password

I set up an account with Garmin and then while trying to pair to ANT its telling me my username and password are invalid. I changed my password and did it again and I keep getting the same thing I am extremely frustrated

Try using the e-mail address associated with your Garmin account as your username.

I'm trying to set up a vivofit for my mom and we are having the same problem. We are using her email address but it keeps telling us they are invalid. Has anyone figured out a solution?
