When I download data from my Forerunner 405 onto Garmin Connect what is displayed on GC does not match what I see on my watch. I think what is happening is that when downloaded it includes stops, for example if I have to pause my watch when I cross a road or go to the toilet. This means that my total run time on GC is greater than my actual run and therefore skews my data and increases my average minute mile. This is driving me crazy as I can't work out how to fix it.
Can anyone help please?
