I use my garmin 510 to perform zone training, solely on heart rate. I have created the zones on both Garmin Connect and on my device, as well as my workouts. While I am able to see the Garmin Connect summary of the heart rate, what I would really like to see is exactly how many minutes I was in zone 1 versus zone 2 versus zone 3 (i.e. 24 minutes in zone 1, 58 minutes in zone 2, etc) per workout and I am having problems seeing that, unless I go minute by minute on the summary graph.
Does anyone know how to do this effectively?
