Problem:
Connect is calculating my Avg. Pace based on Elapsed Time, not Time.

Garmin Connect says:
Time: 38:41 (wrong)
Moving Time: 38:38 (wrong)
Elasped Time: 38:41 (correct!)
My watch says:
Time: 33:43 (correct!)
In the Laps box it shows all of the individual lap times as correct, but the Summary Total is wrong, making my average workout pace wrong.
On the lap details tab it lists Time and Average Pace correctly, Moving Time and Moving Pace incorrectly.
This has only been happening for the last couple weeks. I think that turning on Auto Pause caused it, but now I have that off and the problem keeps happening. Again, my watch is correct.
Advice, ideas, voodoo rituals?
