garmin connect google calendar

Hi.

I have published my work outs to google calendar but when I change them in garmin connect the newly published details dont sync.

Can anyone help me as to how best to sync with google?

It has been a while since I used this, but I believe that the changes only sync periodically. Like every 24 hours or something like that.
