Dowload Problem in Garmin Connect

hi im experiencing these problem every time i try to download my activity starting feb 27garmin connect doesn't save it and when I check my watch all the history entries are gone (deleted) and cant be found in my activities log..is there something wrong with garmin connect? i've been using garmin ( forerunner 305, forerunner 10 and Forerunner 220) for 3 years now and this the first time I encountered this problem. please help.
